NGO at First Baptist
The “Never Grow Old” (NGO) Club is an active group in the life of First Baptist. The group is generally age 55 or over and meets in the fellowship hall during the school year on the first Tuesday of every month (except June-September). In addition to a catered meal, a brief program of entertainment is offered each month. Annual dues are $5.00 per person. The cost of the monthly meal is $10.00. Sounds of Grace Senior Adult Choir
The mission of the Sounds of Grace senior choir is to serve God through music by providing singers (55 and older) opportunities to serve in missional capacities in settings such as elder care facilities, community support services, homebound care, and church worship. The Sounds of Grace performs as needed for church worship services, as ambassadors for Greenwood FBC, and as musical evangelists spreading the love of God through Jesus Christ.
