Our Music

Music at First Baptist

The music ministry at First Baptist Church is dynamic, inclusive and offers the congregation an opportunity to encounter God in worship. Participants and leaders in the music ministry grow musically and spiritually through service to the church family and the community. The worship at First Baptist Church is liturgical, and the worship music is diverse, ranging from classical to modern. Our worship is enhanced by our 73-rank Schantz Pipe Organ, played by Josh Harrington.  If you would like more information concerning the music ministry, contact us here.

Bright Beginnings Music Activity is for children 2K and 3K (room 117). Music Makers Choir is for all children ages 4K through first grade (room 118). They prepare music for the Festival By the Sea Youth Choir festival held at Myrtle Beach each year in addition to various worship services.
